The first thing you notice when you walk in is a clean, well organized facility. After that you are greeted with a smile by Korin who gets you signed in quick and easy. Not even 5 minutes goes by and Jane was calling me calling me back to get my x-rays done. She was very thorough and kind as well. After having the x-rays done I was taken to the room with the hygienists Naomi and Angela who examined my gums and teeth and gave me a brief summary of what they were seeing, and that the doctor would be in shortly. After a short amount of time, Dr. Choi came in and gave me a break down of the work I needed done. All of them spoke with no judgement, with professionalism, and with a positive attitude. Korin then came back and gave me a run down all the options I had as a self pay patient. It was fast and easy, a reoccurring theme. Once my mouth was numbed up, Dr. Choi got to work, fixing my tooth that badly needed a cavity removed and a crown added. Her and Naomi made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Lastly Angela came back and gave me a much deep cleaning, after all I hadn’t seen a dentist in over 10 years. TL;DR: For anyone needing to see a dentist, especially anyone who doesn’t like the dentist, this is the place to go. Everyone was friendly, the place was extremely clean, and they were quick AND thorough. They make you feel comfortable and don’t show judgement, just pure professionalism, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Highly recommend.
